GP appointments during Alert Level 2 and 1

How we will be seeing patients during Alert Level 2 and 1:

  • Phone, video or face to face consultations are available. Normal charges apply.

  • Inform reception or comment on your ManageMyHealth appointment booking which type of consultation you are requesting.

  • All face to face consultations will be asked screening questions via phone prior to coming into our clinic.

  • CALL US FIRST if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny/blocked nose, shortness of breath or decreased sense of smell.

  • All patients who need to come into our clinic are to wait in their cars. We will call you when we are ready for you to come inside.

  • Please do not arrive at our medical centre without notice. Instead, please call reception or book an appointment online.

  • Medical staff will be wearing some protective gear during face to face consultations.

  • We are accepting new patients - please call reception to book an appointment.

We are working hard to keep everyone safe and appreciate everyone’s support with this.
